Mr. Noveau has proven experience in the management of all phases of design and construction projects for hotels, hospitals, commercial office buildings, and other building types.  His work experience includes all facets of owner representation, including financial aspects of speculative projects, such as management of owner equity installments and origination and management of large commercial construction loans.  In his role as Vice President, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s Project Management department.  He specializes in providing Preconstruction Services: Due Diligence Reports, Accessibility Surveys, Project Budgets, and Schedules.

Prior to joining JN+A, Mr. Noveau has been involved in numerous Project Management contracts with clients such as The Smithsonian Institution, Premysis Real Estate, Westin Hotels, Inc., and Holiday Inns, Inc.  As a Senior Project Manager for The Oliver Carr Company from 1984 to 1990, Mr. Noveau’s responsibilities included the complete management of several simultaneous real estate development projects.  These duties also included day-to-day management of the design and construction process and designer and contractor selection and project financial management for two luxury hotels and six commercial office buildings.  Additionally, he was responsible for maintaining cooperative and neighborly relations with the owners of properties adjacent to Carr’s project sites, such as the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, and the church of the Epiphany.

Between 1978 and 1984, Mr. Noveau provided Construction Administration services to Metcalf and Associates and to Henningson, Durham, and Richardson, Inc.  Both of these firms are well known in the building industry as renowned Architects and Engineers in the design of Healthcare facilities.  In this capacity, Mr. Noveau was associated with eleven major healthcare and industrial projects located throughout the United States.
