Portfolio Marriott Hotel Orlando
Lake Mary, Florida     Built to serve the neighboring business park and mixed-use complex, the hotel's exterior design reflects the architectural style of these buildings. The overall design intent for the property was to combine the high-tech influences of the business park with elements of the natural environment of Central Florida.
JN+A was the Architect for this award-winning full-service Marriott Hotel located near Orlando, Florida. Shown at left, the hotel's conference entry was designed to convey a grand sense of arrival commensurate with the hotel's 12,000 SF of upscale meeting space.
The lobby of this 300-room hotel is a central area of focus for the design concept. This upscale space showcases a glass wall etched with images of the natural environment of Central Florida.
Fiber-optic lighting gives the illusion of a starry night sky in Cobalt's Lounge.
