Nehmer provided Architecture services for this new build, nine-story  hotel. The $37 million hotel features 211 keys including 13 spacious suites and 10 deluxe rooms.  Amenities include a meeting space, fitness center, bistro, outdoor terrace, and a transfer lounge for commuting guests. Located in the Powerhouse Arts District, the Canopy has a robust art collection that features local artists. This is the first New Jersey location for the growing Canopy by Hilton franchise.
