Nehmer provided Architecture services for this boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of Orlando's theme parks. The first of its kind, Ette Hotel features 126 guestrooms, a luxury fitness center, rooftop pool, and restaurant by a Michelin-star chef.   A first of its kind, the hotel also features a Laundry Museum, where guests can see their towels and sheets being laundered.
