Nehmer provided Project Management services to oversee the renovation of the Gurney's Montauk Seawater Spa in Montauk, New York.  An icon of the Hampton’s, the spa is a 30,000 sq.ft. well-being destination focused on innovation and sustainability. Featuring thermae baths, sauna and steam, a salt room, movement studio, and indoor-outdoor suites overlooking the Atlantic, the $20 million renovation added a luxurious level of holistic wellness and authentic experiences.
