Nehmer and HVS Design provided Project Management, Architecture, and Interior Design services for the renovation of the ground floor public areas at the Hyatt Regency in Jacksonville, Florida. The renovation included the lobby, two sets of public restrooms and three food and beverage outlets. Drawing inspiration from Jacksonville’s historic ties to the film and music industry, the design of the public space incorporates repeating patterns, graphic lines, and contrasting organic and smooth shapes. The collection of FF&E assembled is storied and eclectic like the cities past, with each piece adding its own unique character and flair.
