Nehmer and HVS Design provided Architecture and Interior Design services for the $30 million renovation of the Lexington Griffin Gate Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Lexington, Kentucky.  The renovation included the hotel’s public areas, food and beverage outlets, and 410 guestrooms and suites.  Nodding to Lexington's equestrian heritage, bluegrass music, and distinctive bourbon, the newly curated design elicits a feeling of richness, sophistication, and comfort.  In a unique culture, where nature itself breeds the local craftmanship, the property embraces a relaxed modernity that expresses itself through thoughtful details and careful integration of locally-inspired colors and textures.
