Nehmer and HVS Design provided Architecture and Interior Design services for a $30 million full renovation of the Marriott Downtown Louisville Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.  The head-to-toe renovation included the hotel’s public areas, food and beverage outlets, meeting space, and 621 guestrooms and suites. The design of the public space took cues from the local Bourbon Trail while also catering to the convention center audience. The space was transformed from a traditional, classic lobby into a Marriott modern atmosphere. The guestrooms feature a custom hybrid blend of MC2 Modern with a nod to local flavor.  The team also provided Architecture, Interior Design, and Branding for the hotel's restaurant, Porch Kitchen & Bar.
