JN+A and HVS Design provided Architecture, Project Management, and Interior Design services for the conversion of the former University Inn in Washington, DC into ARC the. Hotel. The newly renovated property has nine stories with 136 guestrooms featuring wood tile entryways in the masters and suites, marble bathrooms, desks and vanity countertops. The hotel also has a full bar, restaurant dining, and courtyard seating.
