Nehmer provided Project Management services to oversee the multi-million dollar renovation of the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Seattle, Washington.  The phased-renovation included 1,272 guest room bays in two towers, 76,500 square feet of meeting space, and 18,128 square feet of public space.
