SONESTA  |  WHITE PLAINS, NY

Nehmer  provided Architecture services for the $28 million renovation of the Sonesta Hotel in White Plains, New York.  The hotel has 402 keys and 17,000 square feet of meeting space. The renovation consisted of the guestrooms, lobby, public space areas, meeting rooms, fitness center, and exterior patio.  Bill Rooney Studio provided the Interior Design.
