Warren Feldman

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Feldman's expertise includes work as an Architect and Owner’s Representative in the direction and management of multi-million dollar commercial, institutional, educational, residential, and hospitality projects. He is a licensed architect in 23 states. Prior to joining Nehmer Mr. Feldman worked on the feasibility, design, and construction of diverse projects including hotels, high rise commercial corporate headquarters, educational facilities, civic projects, and housing development projects. He received his Bachelor and Master of Architecture degree from the Washington University in St. Louis and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Complementing his education in Architecture, Mr. Feldman completed his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University in December, 1999, and is a member of the Maryland Bar.

Scott P. Rosenberg

PRESIDENT

Mr. Rosenberg takes a unique, holistic approach of architecture, design, master planning, and real estate strategy to create practical solutions to add value to hospitality assets. He has more than 30 years of experience in architecture and real estate development-related fields and is a licensed architect in 25 states and the District of Columbia. He is also a NCIDQ-certified interior designer. His hospitality experience spans renovations and new buildings for select-service, extended-stay, boutique, full-service, conference-center, and luxury hotels. Mr. Rosenberg holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida, a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Johns Hopkins University.

Russel Clem

VICE PRESIDENT

 Mr. Clem has over 30 years of experience in design, composition, production, and coordination of construction documents and extensive experience in computer systems and CAD management. He has more than 20 years of hospitality knowledge including sustainable design and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also a registered architect in the state of Maryland. As Vice President, he works on the development of construction documents and details, manages the project team during the design phase, provides construction administration services once projects reach the construction phase, and monitors the project’s progress through to completion, at which time he completes the final punch list for the building and assists in turnover to operations.

Matthew P. Hudson

VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Hudson brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and over 20 years in a management position. He is responsible for on-site coordination, RFI identification and management, quality control, submittal review, change order management, estimating, and scheduling. Prior to joining Nehmer, Mr. Hudson served as an Owner Representative Construction Manager with a construction management firm.  In this role, he oversaw the Owner’s interest including programming, RFP development, design, budgeting, permitting, contracting, processing payments, lien releases, scheduling, budget tracking, project completion and closeout for a variety of projects. Mr. Hudson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Shepherd University and has been a Certified Construction Manager since 2010.

Laura B. Kelley

DIRECTOR

Ms. Kelley has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications in the real estate and hospitality industries.  At Nehmer, she oversees the firm's business development, marketing outreach, and administrative initiatives.  Prior to joining Nehmer, Ms. Kelley served in various communication roles for an international real estate developer.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from McDaniel College. 

Robert E. Trafton

DIRECTOR

Mr. Trafton has more than 20 years of experience in architectural design, production of construction drawings, specifications, and construction administration. As a director, he oversees the progress of the design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration of most of Nehmer’s architectural projects. He is often the main liaison between the client and the architectural team. Mr. Trafton received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ball State University and is a licensed architect in Maryland. He is an expert in surveying, documenting, and bringing numerous projects into compliance with ADA, federal, and state guidelines.
