About MATTHEW P. HUDSON

Director of Project Management

Mr. Hudson serves as Director of Project Management for JN+A and brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and over 20 years in a management position. As Director, he will be responsible for on-site coordination, RFI identification and management, quality control, submittal review, change order management, estimating, and scheduling.

Prior to joining JN+A, Mr. Hudson served as an Owner Representative Construction Manager with Schaefer Construction Management. In this role, he oversaw the Owner’s interest including programming, RFP development, design, budgeting, permitting, contracting, processing payments, lien releases, scheduling, budget tracking, project completion and closeout for a variety of projects.

Mr. Hudson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Shepherd University and has been a Certified Construction Manager since 2010.
