Located steps away from the US Capitol, the Yotel opened its first DC location.  Nehmer provided Project Management and Architecture services for the conversion project.  The hotel features 377 keys, over 21,000 square feet of meeting space, Art & Soul restaurant, and a fully-renovated rooftop bar and pool.
